Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
    4 egg yolks
    4 egg whites (stiffly beaten)
    1 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and spices together.
    Make a hole in flour and put oil, egg yolks and stiffly beaten egg whites in.
    Beat well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
