Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in angel food cake pan at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
