Roasted Red Peppers And Mushroom Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 porcini mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. olive oil
    2 sticks butter
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    fresh basil
    pinch of oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (1 lb.) can roasted red peppers
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and saute for 40 minutes.
    Cook as you would prepare clam sauce.
    Boil pasta, add sauce and fresh grated Asiago cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Makes enough sauce for 15 people.
