Aunt Kathy'S Lu Lu Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together 1 1/4 cups hot water and lime gelatin; stir until dissolved.
    Let cool.
    Combine softened cream cheese and evaporated milk.
    Add crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts.
    Add to cooled gelatin mixture.
    Stir well and chill.
