Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (canned is fine, but drain thoroughly)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. sherry flavoring (optional)
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix thoroughly and sprinkle on top of souffle.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
