Pineapple Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread, with crust removed and cubed
1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
3 eggs, beaten well
1 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix pineapple, juice and bread cubes in a bowl; set aside. In another bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Combine both mixtures and put in a Pyrex bowl. Bake 40 minutes at medium heat.
