Low-Fat Egg And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

12 slices white bread
3 c. Egg Beaters
3 c. skim milk
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Morton's Nature's Seasonings
10 oz. low fat shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Grease 11 x 14 inch pan. Remove crust from bread and tear into pieces. Place bread in pan. Blend Egg Beaters and skim milk until frothy. Add mustard and seasoning. Add shredded cheese and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
