Oatmeal Cookies(Calorie-Trimmed) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
Preparation

Mix flour, granulated sugar, soda, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add brown sugar, butter, egg, yogurt and vanilla; beat well.
Stir in oats; chill.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 8 minutes.
Makes 48 cookies.
