Phenomenal Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. and 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. corn syrup
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan; add cocoa and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Then add evaporated milk and syrup.
    Cook until boiling, stirring constantly.
    Clip candy thermometer to side of pan; reduce heat.
    Cook to 230\u00b0.
    Pour mixture into glass bowl.
    Cool until thermometer reads 100\u00b0.
    Hand beat mixture until it looks like frosting; pour into buttered square 8 x 8-inch pan and spread evenly.
    Cut into squares.
