Fluffy Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of salt
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, cream of tartar and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    In a small bowl, very slowly pour the hot sugar syrup over the unbeaten egg whites, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
    Add vanilla.
