Deviled Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    6 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and onions.
    Slice about 1/4-inch thick.
    Layer in roaster and arrange pork chops on top.
    Blend catsup, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar with water.
    Pour over chops and bake covered in a moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours or until vegetables are tender.
    Baste during baking.
    Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes longer allowing meat to brown.
