Microwave French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium sliced onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    croutons
    Parmesan cheese
    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Heat butter and onions in 3-quart covered microwave casserole for 7 minutes.
    Stir in broth, water, wine, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cook for additional 12 minutes.
    Top with croutons and cheese.
    Makes about 4 large servings.
