Pina Colada Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) carton whipped topping
2 graham cracker pie shells
2 large pkg. coconut instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Cream confectioners sugar and cream cheese in bowl until smooth.
Beat in half the whipped topping.
Spread in pie shells. Chill in refrigerator.
Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl, mixing well.
Fold in pineapple.
Spoon over chilled cream layers. Top with remaining whipped topping.
Garnish with nuts and coconut.
