Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut into 4 sections and boil until soft.
    Test with a fork.
    In a large pot, slightly melt butter with parsley. Drain potatoes and mix with butter and parsley.
    Toss or stir gently.
    Serve hot.
