Fat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. rum flavoring
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Melt butter and shortening.
    Add eggs, milk and flavorings. Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix and bake in 2 well-greased loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours (sometimes longer).
    Test with a knife.
    This makes a very rich dessert bread.
