Strawberry Cream Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 1/4 c. water
8 1/2 c. ginger ale
1 qt. strawberry ice cream
Preparation

Combine pineapple juice, sugar, lemonade concentrate and water in punch bowl; mix well.
Stir in ginger ale.
Spoon in ice cream. Serve immediately.
Yields 40 (4 ounce) servings.
