Old Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pt. milk or cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, salt and milk; mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
