Chicken In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 chicken thighs
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. apple or white grape juice
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. sage
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Mix flour, pepper and salt.
    Coat the chicken thighs in this mixture.
    Brown in oil in a 14-inch Dutch oven.
    Set over 20 coals.
    Drain
    grease off.\tMix the rest of the ingredients in a separate
    pan and boil for 2 minutes.
    Pour over browned thighs in Dutch oven.
    Cook 1 hour with 20 coals on the bottom only.\tTurn every 15 minutes.
