Garlic Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Combine mustard and vinegar in a small bowl.
    Add olive oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly.
    Season with pepper and add the garlic clove.
    Mix to blend.
    For best flavor, let dressing stand for 30 minutes.
    Before serving, mix in parsley.
    Serves 10 with 95 calories and 10 grams of fat.
