Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 stick or 1 stick butter
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and stir until smooth. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are done.
    Serve over rice.
