Country Fair Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Kraft Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up and skinned
    1 egg, slightly beaten or 1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. or less melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture, then in cheese mixture.
    Place on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
    Do not have pieces touching.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
