Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. (or more) cream-style corn
    jalapeno peppers (to taste)
    onion and green pepper (if desired)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into greased and floured pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
