Imperial Palace Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. of red or green grapes, halved (seeded if necessary)
    1 whole (4 oz.) cooked chicken breast, cut in thin strips
    2 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Make a dressing of 4 Tbsp. oil, 2 Tbsp. vinegar and 1/2 tsp. each of salt & tarragon, and a dash of pepper.
    Pour over above ingredients.
    Chill for hour or longer before serving.
    Makes 2 servings.
    Delicious.
