Polynesian Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 jars baby junior carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Mix ingredients by hand. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
