Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pot roast
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
    flour
    tomato sauce
    water
    onion
    bay leaf
Preparation
    Season
    meat
    with
    salt
    and
    pepper and insert garlic pieces if desired.
    Sprinkle meat with flour and brown slowly on all sides
    in a little hot fat.
    Put roast in roaster pan, mix about 1 cup tomato sauce and 1 cup water (depending on the size
    of roast).
    Pour
    around roast, add onion, salt, pepper and a
    bay leaf.
    Roast
    at
    350\u00b0
    until
    done.
    Baste 2 or 3 times.
