Buttery Crunch Topped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/3 c. coarsely crushed buttery crackers
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 large ripe tomatoes, each cut into 10 wedges
Preparation
    In small bowl stir together 2 tablespoons melted butter, crushed crackers, cheese and parsley.
    Set aside.
    In 10-inch skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in caraway seed, salt, pepper and onion.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cover.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until tomatoes are heated through (2 to 3 minutes).
    Sprinkle with cheese mixture.
    Cover; let stand 1 minute.
    Serve immediately.
