Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. drained and crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Add zucchini and dry ingredients.
    Stir in pineapple, raisins and nut.
    Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
