Cheese And Beef Upside-Down Cornbread - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. (4 oz.) cubed Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (18 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation

In a large skillet, melt butter.
Add beef and onions.
Cook until beef is lightly browned.
Stir in flour; add tomato paste, salt, chili powder and pepper.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese and olives.
Spread evenly over the bottom of a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
