Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 scant c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. bread cubes
1 large can pineapple chunks (juice included)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar and butter.
Add eggs and mix well.
Stir in pineapple with juice; add vanilla and milk.
Fold in bread cubes. Put into buttered 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with mixture of brown sugar and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
