Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain yogurt
1 can crabmeat or imitation crab or 1 can shrimp
1 small onion
1 tsp. salt
1 pie crust
1 c. shredded cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Bake pie shell at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven; spread cheese in bottom of pie shell.
Mix together remaining ingredients and spread over cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Great for breakfast or dinner.
