Candied Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Combine eggs, milk and salad oil.
    Add to flour mixture, beating well. Stir in 1 cup candied fruit and 1/2 cup nuts.
    Turn into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan and cool.
    Wrap and store overnight.
