Sour Cream Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 pkg. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. corn flakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove any fine bones from salmon; drain liquid.
    Crush corn flakes into fine crumbs.
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Shape into a loaf.
    Bake in a loaf pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
