Island Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 to 24 chicken pieces (legs and thighs)
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour over chicken and marinate for 4 hours.
    Turn at least once in marinade.
    Chicken may be broiled, baked or charcoal broiled.
