Hummus Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can garbanzo beans, drained
    2 to 3 Tbsp. tahini (crushed sesame seed)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    water
Preparation
    Place drained beans in blender.
    Add all other ingredients, then add enough water to almost cover beans.
    Blend until smooth. Pour into serving dish.
    Pour very thin layer of olive oil on top; sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve with pita bread.
