Pork Chop Casserole 1 - cooking recipe

5 medium sized pork chops
1 1/2 c. rice
2 1/4 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. onion
1/4 bell pepper
salt and pepper
worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Brown pork chops in a skillet.
Remove pork chops and set aside.
Drain off any excess amounts of grease. Combine rice, water, worcestershire to taste, and bouillon cubes in skillet. Stir and mix well. Pour mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Place pork chops on top. Top pork chops with onion rings and peppers as desired.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
