Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. lemon extract
2/3 c. oil
1 yellow cake mix (without pudding)
4 eggs
1 c. confectioners sugar
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine Jell-O and boiling water in a large bowl; stir until Jell-O is dissolved.
Let cool.
Add lemon extract, oil and cake mix, blending well.
Beat in eggs.
