Make Ahead Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. buttermilk
8 level tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. molasses
4 eggs, beaten
5 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. All-Bran
3 c. bran flakes
Preparation

Mix buttermilk and soda, then add oil, molasses and eggs. Stir, then add dry ingredients, stirring well.
Store in refrigerator.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes or until done. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
Muffin pans should be greased.
Makes 48 good-sized muffins.
