Mexican Cheese Dip(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta (mild)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Cube Velveeta and pour can of Ro-Tel tomatoes in bowl. Microwave until melted, stirring occasionally.
    Add browned, drained ground beef and serve.
