Golden Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery, cut up
1/2 c. carrots, cut up
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. Wondra flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Simmer first eight ingredients for 15 minutes and let cool. Melt the margarine and add the flour and milk; cook to thicken. Add the cheese and cook until melted.
Add to cooled vegetables and stir well.
Heat in individual bowls in microwave to serve; do not cover to heat as it will curdle.
