Hawaiian Luau - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vanilla wafers
1 stick margarine
3 bananas
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 can condensed milk
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 sm. can coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
Preparation

Crush wafers and blend with margarine.
Press on bottom of large serving dish.
Slice bananas and layer over wafers.
Mix lemon juice and condensed milk until thick.
Pour over bananas. Drain pineapple and layer over milk mixture.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle coconut, then nuts and cherries on top.
