Patti'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
    2 stalks chopped celery
    chili powder to taste
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 can tomato paste
    lots of Worcestershire sauce
    oregano (at least 1 tsp.)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add garlic, onion, green pepper, celery, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and salt and pepper. Cook about 10 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes and paste. Simmer about 45 minutes. Delicious with crusty French bread and tossed salad. All quantities may be adjusted to your taste.
