Corn Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 hot dogs
1/2 c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation
-
Dry hot dogs with paper towel.
Mix ingredients.
Roll hot dogs in mixture and drop into hot oil or shortening.
Cook until golden brown.
Remove and let cool slightly.
