Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground turkey
    3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
    3/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. tomato puree or ketchup
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 egg whites or 1/4 c. cholesterol-free egg product
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake about an hour until meat is no longer pink.
    Drain immediately.
