Lemon Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Crisco (butter flavor)
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. orange extract
    5 c. flour
    4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat.
    Add extracts.
    Sift dry ingredients together; blend into creamed mixture.
    Chill in refrigerator. Roll into balls, then roll in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes.
