Cuban Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast
    6 to 8 sections garlic
    2 c. Key lime juice
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut 1-inch deep slits in roast.
    Insert whole sections garlic. Add Key lime juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Pour over roast. Baste throughout the day every 2 hours.
    Bake in oven or grill desired time for size of roast.
    Baste throughout cooking time with juice mixture.
