Quick Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. hot light cream or evaporated milk, undiluted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp. rum extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water.
    Remove from heat; let cool.
    In medium bowl, combine butter, sugar, salt and 3 tablespoons hot cream.
    With wooden spoon, beat until mixture is smooth.
    Add chocolate; continue beating until frosting is thick enough to spread.
    Add vanilla.
