Boiled Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. sweet milk
    8 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. marshmallows
Preparation
    Beat the sugar, flour and eggs well; add to hot milk in double boiler.
    Mix
    well.
    When
    it starts to coat the spoon, remove from
    water
    and
    beat well.
    Add marshmallows and beat well.
    Add vanilla flavoring and chill.
