Blueberry Crumb Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick rolled oats (uncooked)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    2 c. blueberries
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. water
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix the oats, flour and brown sugar.
    Add melted butter and mix well.
    Line bottom of an 8-inch square pan with oatmeal mixture, reserving 3/4 cup for topping.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and simmer about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and pour into crust.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
