Beef-Broccoli Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. good ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Roll one package of rolls into square; place in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Fill with meat; slice cheese on top.
    Roll out second package of rolls and make top crust.
    Cut slits; brush with milk. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cover last 20 minutes, if too brown.
