Creamed Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small white onions or 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen white onions or 2 jars white onions
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    2 c. light cream
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour, salt and chives.
    Add cream.
    Cook until bubbly, about 3 minutes.
    Spoon cooked onions into a dish. Pour sauce over onions.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Ready to serve.
